What Does Our Limited Warranty Cover?

Ally Communications provides a limited warranty on the labor and materials listed on our quotes. The limited warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Ally Communications. Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.


How Do We Correct The Problems?

Ally Communications will either repair the product at no charge by using new or refurbished replacement parts.

- One Year Limited Warranty -

Covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the first year.

How Long Does The Limited Warranty Last?

The warranty period for merchandise purchased from Ally Communications lasts for one year from the date of purchase. A replacement or piece assumes the remaining warranty of the original merchandise.


What Does This Not Cover?

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by;

  • Conditions
  • Malfunctions
  • Damage

that is not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.


What Do You Have To Do?

To obtain warranty services, you must contact us so we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. If the issue is not covered, troubleshooting will be billed at the current hourly rates until a determination is made by Ally Communications that the problem is or is not covered by this warranty.
