I think it is very important to give credit when it is due. I want you to know that Jacob has time and time again went above and beyond to help me on all of my “silly” questions and been so patient with me when it comes to running our business. To have the confidence that Ally is just a phone call away is so comforting. I know that we often don’t give credit to those that we work so closely with, however I feel that it is very important. Jacob has done an outstanding job helping me connect to our VPN and doing things 10 times with me, so I am comfortable when I leave for vacation. I leave Saturday and HAVEEEE to be able to connect to our server, because I have to do payroll. I called this morning and he called me back within 30 minutes and had me up and running in no time.

Due to a number of reasons, I had to update our entire phone system layout today. New Queues (3), timeframes (5), routing, auto attendants (5); the whole 9 yards. Not counting my recording time, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything in place. Ally's Hosted PBX platform might be the easiest I've ever used. And I've used a number of them. - 4/08/2020
