Easterseals Rehab Center of NW Alabama needed a new IT company that could ensure dependability of internet access, phone coverage and assuredness of virus protection. ALLY Communications services was absolutely a game changer for our organization. We now have excellent phone capabilities and our internet access has only been unavailable maybe twice since going with them in 2023. Anytime we need services, the staff is friendly, courteous and prompt in meeting our needs. We receive backup reports weekly and we have received minimal malicious emails. We are more than pleased with their services!! - 9/30/2025

“I’ve been working with Ally Communications since November 2018, and their customer service and expertise are always exceptional. I frequently use their chat support for quick assistance, and it’s always a reliable way to resolve issues or get answers fast. Recently, our entire team needed to work from home due to winter weather, and I contacted the Ally team late in the day to reconfigure our phone system. Joel worked past their office hours to ensure everything was set up perfectly and ready to go. Ally Communications consistently goes above and beyond to support us, and I highly recommend their services!” - 1/17/2025

"What else can I say other than WOW! Switching over to Ally Communication has been an immediate success! Our team has been able to focus more on the instore customer and driving sales with the help of the Auto-Attendant feature! The biggest improvement was in Catering Sales. We saw an increase in sales since the guests could reach us quickly and our leadership team could monitor these calls from afar!

Did I mention how easy the transition was to Ally Communications? Switching over 15 locations could have been a nightmare but Joel and his Team (Sean and Whitney) made it seamless! With 2 conference calls Joel/Sean were able to get our system setup on the backend. Whitney handled all of the new phone/equipment shipment along with the return equipment/account closures for our old system. Thank You!" - 3/15/2022

If you are looking for competent IT help for your business, then look no further. These guys are the best! Thanks Ally! - 2/11/2022

My business partners and I recently opened a new business in Jasper Alabama, and we chose Ally Communications to be our “one stop shop” for television, internet, and telephones. We were extremely pleased with their services and highly recommend them to any business owner trying to manage these essential technologies. Joel, Whitney, and Sean handled everything from choosing third party providers, installation, training, and tech support. There was no waiting on hold with multiple companies, and there were no ambiguities regarding the status of our project. As a business owner, not having to deal with these types of “headache” issues is invaluable. We will definitely be choosing Ally again for our next venture. - 12/20/2021

Joel and his team are a pleasure to work with. Everything was handled with excellence. The service we get from our new wifi system allows us to fully utilize the fiber optic internet service recently installed. Thanks, Ally, for a professional experience. - 12/11/2021

Joel, I think it is very important to give credit when it is due. I want you to know that Jacob has time and time again went above and beyond to help me on all of my “silly” questions and been so patient with me when it comes to running our business. To have the confidence that Ally is just a phone call away is so comforting. I know that we often don’t give credit to those that we work so closely with, however I feel that it is very important. Jacob has done an outstanding job helping me connect to our VPN and doing things 10 times with me, so I am comfortable when I leave for vacation. I leave Saturday and HAVEEEE to be able to connect to our server, because I have to do payroll. I called this morning and he called me back within 30 minutes and had me up and running in no time. I just wanted you to know that he is a star employee and I appreciate him. - 12/09/2021

Ally Communications went above and beyond with our phone line/internet install. Would highly recommend Joel and his crew to anyone in the area. - 9/24/2021

Ally Communications is wonderful to work with. We had a lot of issues with phones and internet prior to working with them. They spent a lot of time with us, and had everything in working order quickly. If we ever have an issue they are quick to respond, and have the issue resolved quickly. We love working with Ally! - 9/24/2021

Great service! Friendly people who do great, NEAT work! Great customer satisfaction after install. - 12/18/2020

Ally has been great to work with when getting our new business off the ground. Great technical support and able to meet all our telecom needs. - 9/26/2020

tl;dr: 20 minutes to create a brand new setup

Due to a number of reasons, I had to update our entire phone system layout today. New Queues (3), timeframes (5), routing, auto attendants (5); the whole 9 yards. Not counting my recording time, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything in place. Ally's Hosted PBX platform might be the easiest I've ever used. And I've used a number of them. - 4/08/2020

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel Peeples, who assisted my nonprofit organization in accessing the free version of Office 365. Joel was very courteous, respectful, and most of all patient with my very limited knowledge of navigating on the internet. In the end, we were successful and achieved our goal. I feel confident in using Ally Communications again for any of the services they provide in the future. - 1/30/2020

Joel helped our business get connected on-line and later provided expert direction in upgrading our telephone/voice service. In both cases, he was very honest and up-front about what we were to expect and was great at explaining technical issues in a understandable way. He made our transitions seamless with very little effort on our part by coordinating all parties involved. We received excellent service at a great value. He was available after the "sale" for consultation and corrected a few minor errors immediately. He is very knowledgeable about his product, helpful and courteous. - 1/09/2020

In the years he has been our account manager, Joel has always done whatever was necessary to ensure our businesses was taken care of, even going above and beyond his professional responsibility. - 1/09/2020

It is such a great feeling to be able to trust that a vendor will always do what is in the best interest of their clients. This is exactly how we feel about Ally Communications.
