tl;dr: 20 minutes to create a brand new setup

Due to a number of reasons, I had to update our entire phone system layout today. New Queues (3), timeframes (5), routing, auto attendants (5); the whole 9 yards. Not counting my recording time, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything in place. Ally's Hosted PBX platform might be the easiest I've ever used.   Having worked with a few different telecommunications companies over the years I can honestly say Joel Peeples and his team at Ally Communications are one of if not the best I have dealt with.
