Calling services, BLF (Busy Lamp Field) functionality, and ConnectUC login are fully operational. PBX portals are accessible, though some users may experience slower-than-usual performance.

Call Recording: Call recording was re-enabled at 5:25 PM ET on August 14. Calls made prior to this time were not recorded.

RTP-Sight: RTP-Sight is catching up on quality data, and missing QoS scores should be fully populated.

RFO Report: A detailed report will be shared in the coming days. Please contact Support if you have any questions or concerns.
